Try fully closing the app (swipe it away from the app switcher) and reopening it. If the issue continues, restart your device and make sure iOS is up to date. If it still crashes, please email me with your device model and iOS version.
Pouncy Paws stores progress and high scores locally on your device. Uninstalling the app, clearing app data, or switching to a new device will reset them. Game Center leaderboard scores will remain in Game Center.
Check that your device's silent/ringer switch is off and that the volume is turned up. Also make sure sound is enabled inside the game's settings. Some Bluetooth audio devices can take a moment to connect — try reopening the app after they connect.
Pouncy Paws uses tap-to-jump. If touches feel delayed, try closing other apps to free up memory, and make sure no screen protector is interfering with touch input. If problems continue, let us know your device model.
Make sure you're signed into Game Center on your device (Settings > Game Center). New scores can take a minute or two to appear, and Game Center occasionally has its own delays on Apple's end. Try reopening the leaderboard after a short wait.
Pouncy Paws uses Google AdMob to show ads, which help support development. If ads aren't loading, check your internet connection. Ad frequency is balanced to keep gameplay enjoyable; if something feels off, please let me know.
On older devices, closing background apps and restarting your device usually helps. If you continue to see slowdowns or low frame rates, please email me with your device model so I can investigate.
